Delta First is a fresh, community-rooted choice for Deltans who believe there’s a better way to lead at City Hall. Our team offers decades of senior leadership in municipal, business, financial, and governance roles – and a long history of volunteer service in the community.
We know Delta, and we know how to get things done. Delta First is for Deltans who want to protect the quality of life that makes our city special – while planning responsibly for the reality of growth and change. As your city council, we will listen carefully to concerns on all sides of an issue, invite meaningful community input, and work collaboratively to build consensus among stakeholders. We are experienced leaders with deep local roots and a fresh approach.
Our mission is simple: we’re here to serve all Deltans. Our decision-making process will be open and transparent, guided by the long-term interests of the entire community. We will take a clear-headed, non-partisan approach to issues, and develop forward-thinking, fiscally responsible solutions.
We believe that diverse perspectives result in better decisions, which is why – unlike many other parties – we won’t operate as a voting block. Delta First is a team united by a love of Delta and shared values, but we are open to independent thought, constructive debate, and the freedom to vote independently on issues.
